The principal of Mukta Niketan Government Primary School in Tepakharibari, Dimla Upazila, Nilphamari district, has been accused of filing a case in court by throwing the school. The principal of the said school, Kazi Insan Ali, is the plaintiff in 7 cases and the defendant in 7 cases. Most of the month, when he spent time in court and preparing his own case, the Upazila Primary Education Office informed him that he knew nothing. The said principal went to Nilphamari in 4 of the 5 cases in March and gave his signatures and witnesses.

It is learned that Insan Ali, the headmaster of Tepakharibari Mukta Niketan Government Primary School, is the plaintiff in 7 cases, including two in the case filed in the Assistant Judge Court, Dimla, Case No. Other-115/21 dated 4/2/21, Petition Case No. 48/16 dated 17/8/16, Dimla Police Station Case No. 03/17 dated 10/01/17, District Sessions Judge Court, Nilphamari, Case No. 29/22 dated 1/6/22, and Gayabari Union Parishad on 23/2/23 and 28/2/23.

On the other hand, he is accused in 7 cases including 2 cases with the UP Chairman including Assistant Judge Court Dimla Other- 33/19, Nilphamari Magistrate Court Ping- 33/23, Dimla Police Station Case No. 22 Tang 18/08/22, Additional District Magistrate Court Case No. 06/22, Assistant Judge Court Nilphamari Case No. 166/22. Insan Ali has filed a complaint with the UP Chairman on 07/02/22 for using fake stamps to write off the property of the Ministry of Relief.

It has been alleged that many people have been left in a state of shock after Kazi Insan Ali filed a case against the innocent people of the Dighadin area. On March 13 of this month, case no. 208/22, March 14, case no. 187/22, March 15, 58/1, March 20, case no. 29/22, the headmaster Kazi Insan Ali was present at the Aladeo Malla of Tathier. On the other hand, on March 22, the headmaster admitted to submitting the documents through an advocate when the court had a date set. It has been alleged that he quit his job at a government primary school and went to the Nilphamari court on 4/5 working days a month to file cases. An assistant teacher, on condition of anonymity, said that the headmaster is not present at the designated school due to various cases. But there is no opportunity to protest against the headmaster. He keeps the attendance book in his cupboard.

School president Selim Hossain said that no information is known about the headmaster's family affairs. There is no information about the case being handled in court or any leave.
Headmaster Insan Ali said, "If someone files a case against me, I will also file a case against them." Regarding the number of cases currently pending in the court, he said it would be 2/3. Regarding the number of days he has appeared in court and given statements this month, he said, "Find out in court."

Dimla Primary Education Officer Nur Mohammad said, "I am not aware of the fact that the headmaster of Tepakharibari Mukta Niketan Government Primary School, Insan Ali, goes to court 4/5 days every month to file 14 cases against him. However, I will ask the concerned Assistant Education Officer to look into the matter."
